In 2025, the company introduced Thailand’s first industrial-grade automated sorting and conveyor system for last-mile delivery operations in Thailand. This comprehensive intelligent upgrade has significantly improved operational efficiency, optimized costs, and enhanced service stability\u2014laying a solid foundation for long-term customer experience improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n

To further expand its service network, J&T Express continues to prioritize customer convenience. The company now operates over 6,500 J&T Home outlets and more than 1,000 terminal stations.
