depa, together with the OSMEP and the SME D Bank, is moving forward with the SME Spring Board initiative to encourage Thai small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to adopt quality, standards-compliant digital technologies from Thai digital service providers listed on the Thailand Digital Catalog. The initiative offers co-funding support of 50% to businesses of every size, up to a maximum of THB 500,000 per applicant. Interested businesses can submit applications from 5 August to 30 September 2026 via https://bds.sme.go.th/Project/Detail/15.

The Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) in collaboration with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion (OSMEP) and the SME Development Bank (SME D Bank), is advancing a special measure called ‘SME Spring Board’. The initiative aims to help Thai SMEs access and adopt digital technologies and innovations that carry the dSURE mark a certification guaranteeing international-standard quality from Thai digital operators and service providers registered on the Thailand Digital Catalog, operated by depa. The measure provides co-funding support to businesses of every size (MSMEs) at a rate of 50%, up to a maximum of THB 500,000 per applicant. Manufacturing-sector applicants must have annual revenue not exceeding THB 500 million, while businesses in other sectors must not exceed THB 300 million in annual revenue. In addition, participating businesses gain access to funding from SME D Bank and may submit loan applications through the BDS system.

Dr. Supakorn Siddhichai, Acting President and CEO of depa, said that improving the operational efficiency of SMEs in the digital era through technology and innovation must go hand in hand with expanding access to funding sources. This is the driving rationale behind the integrated collaboration of the three agencies under the SME Spring Board initiative.

It serves as a resource for SMEs seeking digital technologies suited to their specific needs, while also opening market opportunities for Thai digital operators to reach a broader base of SME customers. depa believes that the success of the SME Spring Board initiative will not come from budgetary support alone, but from Thailand having digital operators capable of developing standards-compliant technologies and services that effectively meet the real-world needs of businesses.” said the Acting President and CEO of depa.

Thailand Digital Catalog currently brings together Thai digital service providers and digital services that have been vetted against the established criteria, covering a wide range of business needs, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), accounting and finance systems, Human Resources Management systems, warehouse and logistics management systems, e-commerce and digital marketing platforms, Data Analytics systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, and Automation systems, as well as specialized solutions for the manufacturing, agriculture, tourism, and service sectors.

SMEs interested in applying for support under the SME Spring Board initiative may submit applications from 5 August to 30 September 2026. Each business is eligible for one development proposal, with co-funding support of up to THB 500,000, and must complete the funded project by 30 September 2027.
